Our U.S. SOUTHBEND GRILL cooks meat at 800°C. Due to this high temperature the pores instantly seal, the juices remain inside the meat and produce a perfect crust. The special dry aging procedure at the Spanish supplier in Léon for several weeks ensures an additional culinary experience.
